Do you ever get super overwhelmed with everything you are supposed to be doing and then realize that you have like 5 things on your plate that are all urgent AND important and all need to be finished yesterday?
I recently had this issue. I suddenly felt a ton of anxiety about all the things I was supposed to already have gotten finished. After freaking out a bit, it hit me. I actually couldn’t be doing any of these things at the same time. So they weren’t finished, but there was nothing I could do to get all of them done except work on one of them. So, I started working on things and suddenly, one things was finished. Another was to a good stopping point, and life continued on. I still don’t have it all done, but I’ve got things to a point where I am happy with them.
